Janet is passionately dedicated to helping clients build brands through deep customer intimacy. That means visioning, inspiring, and engaging the organization to continue to find ways to lead in fresh customer understanding and the means to translate that to action for client brands. The in-sync group offers a range of qualitative and quantitative services including customer insights, analytics-driven promotional strategy, and integrated communications channels.
Janet is the Founder and President of in-sync that was acquired by PH in 2010. In-sync believes in the requirement for richer customer insight and the need to better enable clients to internalize insights in order to enable action led the development of in-sync’s 360° Insight Engine™ and internalization and translation products.
Her deep conviction in customer intimacy as the engine for powerful brands began in brand management at Procter & Gamble where she started her career in marketing. After 7 years at P&G, Janet left her role as Associate Advertising Manager to start in-sync with the stated goal of finding the means to discover more powerful customer insights and applying strategic expertise to translate the insights into powerful solutions for clients. in-sync has been dedicated to that mission ever since.
