This role is designed to introduce employees to agency life and logistics. Assists account team in general support. Takes ownership of Agency process and oversees the smooth management of that process to expedite the flow of work through the agency on-time and on-budget.

The role of Strategic Planning is to inspire. This ability will also be demonstrated by bringing fresh thinking and strategically grounded, innovative ideas to the client at every opportunity.
The Digital Strategist helps position PHCG as a leader in digital communication trends and insights with our clients, and ensures that our companies are well positioned to capitalize on the revenue opportunities that these trends present. The Strategist drives strategic thinking and insight across multiple clients and engagements by interpreting market trends and competitive analysis to develop meaningful business building strategies. They will partner with their agency teams to assist in improving overall digital process and workflow, including estimating scope and staffing, engaging various roles and responsibilities throughout project lifecycle, meeting deliverables, and working with internal and/or external execution teams responsible for technology. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about emerging digital trends and technologies, digital multi-channel marketing, and have experience in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry.
Leads a multi-skilled team of online and offline project managers who work together to ensure the Agency delivers high-quality work that meets the needs of our clients. The Director is responsible for guiding and developing team members and deals directly with clients. In addition, the Director will monitor and improve all processes and operations to help the Agency gain efficiencies.

The Creative Director will push the boundaries of communication and help steward and extend our clients brands. This creative leader will be an innovative, rules-breaking, progressive thinker who can lead a creative team to apply creative originality and business impact to achieve clients’ goals. Ideal candidate will have proven creative ability, a Bachelors degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field and approximately 12 years of experience.

Is responsible for creating scientific documents in an effective manner in collaboration with or under the guidance of a Scientific Director or the VP, Group Account Services. This includes original content development, faculty and client support and communications, and collaborating with other content developers. The Medical Writer is responsible for partnering with Associate Scientific Directors/Scientific Directors to complete editorial projects ensuring their quality, scientific accuracy, and integrity.

In collaboration with the VP, Group Account Services, is responsible for leading the strategic development of educational goals and objectives, and execution of established deliverables. Must have the ability to help create and execute scientifically and promotionally sound programs and/or educational materials, which includes managing the writing and editing aspects of educational materials.

The Human Resources Manager within PHCG will provide daily generalist support including, but not limited to, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development to your employee population. In addition, they will partner with the local management team and broader PHCG and Publicis Groupe Human Resources team by planning and executing strategic HR initiatives that support the business. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience creating and implementing strategic Human Resources initiatives; experience in practical application of all HR disciplines including recruitment, performance management, change initiatives, project management, and HR administration; and advanced level of understanding of HR policies, procedures, and fundamentals of US employment law.
The Recruitment Manager will spearhead PHCG’s initiatives to acquire one of our most important assets, our talent. The Recruitment Manager will successfully partner with clients and leverage data to drive Recruitment strategy. They will identify creative channels to source talent, develop talent pipelines, and oversee all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of recruitment experience, possess a strong understanding of leading edge practices and trends in recruitment, direct sourcing ability, and have relationship building skills.
The Finance Director within PHCG will be responsible for taking a leading role in partnering with the PHCG’s business unit Managing Director on business direction and strategy, organizational structure, client relationships, fee negotiations, cost containment, and setting staffing levels. The Finance Director will be a visible, vocal contributory member of the Agency’s executive management team and a loud proponent of the vision, direction, and philosophy of the Agency, and PHCG. The ideal candidate will have significant accounting and business experience in the advertising/communications industry, be comfortable in legal discussions, and have leadership experience. A strong negotiating background is helpful, but not required.

The Director of User Experience (UX) will set the vision for the discipline and contribute directly to the strategy and execution of the digital products and services we deliver to our clients. The Director of UX leads a team of user experience professionals, designers, and user interface engineers. The UX team synthesizes design research, business savvy, and design to create an aesthetically pleasing presentation of scientific data and intuitive experience for professional and consumer end users. The ideal candidate is experienced in using research and organizational skills to discover, understand, promote, and support the goals of the end user. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technology opportunities. This knowledge, in combination with an understanding of user/market trends, will be used to ideate, synthesize, and develop a unique experience across all digital channels (eg, websites, microsites, distributed content, emails, mobile, and social networks).
The Information Architect (IA) is a critical member of all digital projects, bringing together creative concepts, business requirements, and user needs to create a user experience that is highly functional and closely aligned with brand strategy. The IA will evangelize usability as a key component of brand strategy, collaborating with key client stakeholders to develop site objectives and requirements and translate those site objectives into personas, site maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and functional specifications. The IA will work in tandem with copywriters, art directors, and digital strategists to participate in usability testing, perform heuristic evaluations and competitive benchmarking, and ensure that consistent usability principles are applied to all aspects of design.

The Call Floor Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Call Floor including specialized programs that deal with both scripted and un-scripted messages and have inbound/outbound components. The Managing Director (or Leader of a business unit) within PHCG will actively contribute to the overall direction and success of PHCG. The MD will evolve and promote the agency vision. They will direct, manage, and creatively improve the agency operations, activities, and profitability as well as develop talent. This leader will be the ultimate client contact and ensure that all agency contact with the client meet PHCG’s standard of quality.
The strategy and analytics professional at PHCG will provide information that helps PHCG build the best strategies for our brands, measure their results, and revise them on an ongoing basis. Our Analytics talent ensures that we continue to “stay ahead of the curve” for our brands. They help optimize our strategies across platforms and channels by supplying the appropriate tools and metrics to identify actionable media consumption patterns and insights, based on data generated by clients, target audiences, and third party resources. These insights will help fuel business strategy and creative product. Specifically, we will provide our clients with high-level data analysis based on integrated reporting solutions such as dashboards, ROI models, and scenario planning tools.
