Program Timeline

Program Length: 9 weeks, full time
Start date: June 4th, 2018
End date: August 3rd, 2018
Hours: 40 hours per week

 

Application Process

  • Positions will be posted by January 26th
  • Applications must be submitted by March 19th
  • On a rolling basis, Talent Acquisition will follow up with applicants via email confirmation and request for information that may include:
    • Dates student expects to be available to interview through March and April
    • Areas of interest:  specifically, any preferences regarding PH agency, department, or focus
    • Any samples of applicable projects student has worked on at another internship or in a class that they are proud of and would like to share with us
  • If selected, you will be invited to take part in the first round of video interviews.  All interviews (first and second round) will take place on a rolling basis through March and early April.
  • By April 30th, all students will be selected for internships
Intern Requirements
  • Full-time rising junior or rising senior, currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited 4-year College or University.
  • Overall grade point average of at least 3.0
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program which aligns with the position such as Advertising, Marketing or Communications
  • Legally authorized to work in the US

 

Publicis Health(PH) hosts more than 70 interns each summer in multiple capabilities across our businesses in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Yardley, and Chicago. Internships are available in multiple capabilities at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, Digitas Health, Razorfish Health, Publicis Health Media, Heartbeat, Discovery USA, Maxcess Managed Markets, and Touchpoint Solutions.  We have opportunities in Account Management, Creative, Project Management, Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Finance, Compliance, Digital Strategy/Media, Communications, Business Development and Technology.

 

 

Our interns gain valuable learning experiences during the course of our 9-week program.  They receive an insider’s view of the wide range of opportunities that exist in the healthcare communications field. Interns have plenty of opportunities to network and learn from each other and leaders from many of our agencies, including our PH CEO Nick Colucci.  In addition to weekly learning and social activities, our interns are divided into cross-department, cross-region teams and assigned a group project, which they present to an agency committee at the end of the program. The teams receive developmental feedback from the committee, getting valuable insights into their work, while competing for a prize.  In 2016, our winning team took home Apple Watches.

 

 

We are committed to finding and developing great talent through our internship program and more than 40% of our interns have become full time employees upon graduation. We have developed a great community of internship program alumni, who act as ambassadors and mentors to incoming interns in the office and on campus. 

 

 

The application process begins in February and internships take place June through early August.
