    Medicus International New York and Bentley University collaborated on the development of a curriculum to train healthcare providers in interpersonal communications skills. Medicus International New York, a division of Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG) that specializes in medical communications and education, will be working with Helen Meldrum, EdD, Associate Professor of Psychology at Bentley University, to create educational programs to enhance interpersonal communications that can be delivered as in-service presentations in a wide variety of healthcare settings across the country.

    The first What Physicians Want! survey was conducted by Publicis Selling Solutions—a division of Publicis Touchpoint Solutions—and Sermo and published in 2008. The objective of that initial survey was to assess how physicians felt the biopharmaceutical industry was serving them and to determine how to better fulfill that value proposition to these critically important customers.
